The Opportunity

As our Automotive Controller youll be at the helm of our financial department responsible for all accounting operations financial reporting and compliance. What Youll Do

• Lead and manage all aspects of the accounting department including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger.
  
• Prepare and analyze financial statements forecasts and budgets.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
  
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies.
  
• Manage cash flow banking relationships and treasury functions.
  
• Oversee tax compliance and external audits.
  
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
  
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
  

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  
• 5 years of progressive experience in automotive accounting with at least number years in a Controller or similar leadership role.
  
• Deep understanding of dealership operations and industry best practices.
  
• Proven expertise in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and analysis.
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and relevant regulatory compliance.
  
• Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and accounting software.
  
• A proactive problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
