Were looking for a (Senior) Recruiter to join our incredible Talent Acquisition team and help scale diverse teams across 10 countries. You will recruit for a wide range of roles - from real estate architecture and construction to marketing public affairs and many more - gaining exposure to many industries and learning opportunities. Fastned is growing fast and ensuring we continue to hire the best talent is key to our mission: Creating freedom for electric drivers. No experience in electric mobility No worries! Youll get a hands-on introduction through our inspiring onboarding workshops and plenty of guidance from your fellow team members. This role can be based in Amsterdam Zurich or Madrid.

As our recruiter you therefore play an active part in shaping functions through your work. You have ownership over designing & driving processes ensuring effective assessments and actively contributing to every step of the candidate journey. You are the driver - this is not a top-down environment where you just execute but rather we encourage you to be a true business partner for hiring managers and teams from A-Z. Through your work you will play a key role in driving our unique & collaborative scale-up culture. Of course we want you to experience electric driving first-hand. Who we are looking for

You bring along experience recruiting in-house (a must) - preferably in a fast-paced international environment (some previous agency work is always welcome). To navigate the complexity of our roles and successfully close them you need to have a solid commercial understanding and demonstrate proven negotiation skills. You feel comfortable working with various stakeholders regardless of their position or background across all levels of the organisation (that being said there is very little hierarchy at Fastned). Outstanding communication skills are key here. You know how to inspire support and understand the interplay between people and processes. Additionally you bring along:

• A Bachelors/Masters degree.

• Excellent spoken and written English (additional European languages are a plus).

• Experience with sourcing tools such as the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.

• You feel connected to Fastneds mission: to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility by giving freedom to electric drivers.

The recruitment process consists of 3 stages:

• A first video call to find out more about Fastned & our company culture;

• Interview with two of our amazing Recruiters to learn everything about your future job your team & the daily life of hiring at Fastned;

• Short take-home assignment & following interview at the HQ with our Head of Talent Acquisition Chris & one of our directors. Youll get the chance to tour the office to catch the vibe and chat with a bunch of your future colleagues.
