Responsibilities
- Track ROI of various lead providers and provide quarterly performance updates
- Manage a team of BDC Agents
- Hold team accountable for proper handling of internet leads and phone calls from sales prospects
- Generate sales appointments through outbound prospecting and campaigns
- Drive Sales CSI and retention
Qualifications
- Ability to hold team members co-workers and vendors accountable
- Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
- Outgoing personality with strength at developing relationships and sales team members
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Superior communication skills both oral and written
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced pressure filled call center environment
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of internet sales sales management or digital marketing experience (Automotive)
- Previous internet sales training
- Strong computer skills Tech Savvy and reporting ability
- Must have a valid drivers license and submit to a pre-employment background check DMV MVR drug screen
