Job Summary
Enforce safety standards and maintain a compliant healthy work environment.
Drive quality assurance across all industrial actuation manufacturing processes.
Develop document and uphold standardized work procedures and instructions.
Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders through effective planning and execution.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost efficiency and lead-time reduction.
Maintain accurate inventory and support production goals through resource management.
Oversee staffing and daily operations to achieve production schedules and key performance metrics.
Conduct toolbox meetings and audits to review performance and ensure accountability.
Foster a culture of 5S organization and operational excellence across the department.
- You prioritize being a mentor to others. You solicit both input and discussion. You trust other people and know when to delegate. You define issues and can map out a process. You focus on priorities and set stretch goals.
- Bachelors Degree or 5 years in a Production Supervisor Role
- Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years in a production leadership role
- Understanding of Valve and Actuators
- Experience planning monetary and controlling a budget
