Moms In Motion has an opening for a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Family Resource Specialist. This is a remote full-time position. Must live in eastern time zone.

The Family Resource Specialist is responsible for supporting the families we serve by answering questions via phone and e-mail providing resources and information entering referrals into the database and mentoring new families through the application or appeal process.

Successful applicant will have:

Skills and Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Experience with heavy call volume or call center required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain strong client relationships
Knowledge of Medicaid Waivers a PLUS
Ability to coach provide feedback and guide others
Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training is a plus. Understands and values the differences in every person.
Have good interviewing techniques be able to work independently and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Google applications.
Must be very detail-oriented and organized. Able to plan prioritize and manage time effectively.
Submit to a criminal background check.
Two references are required.
Must be able to work normal business hours 8 am-6 pm (will work a set 8.5 hour shift with a half hour lunch) M-F
