Staff Accountant Opportunity with Growth Potential!

What Youll Do:

Prepare and review financial reports budgets and forecasts.
Support month-end and year-end close activities ensuring timely and accurate results.
Partner with leadership to analyze performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable reconciliations journal entries and fixed asset management.
Help shape processes by identifying improvements and streamlining workflows.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
23 years of accounting experience (GAAP knowledge required).
Strong Excel and financial reporting skills; experience with accounting software.
Detail-oriented analytical thinker who can spot trends and provide solutions.
Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
CPA certification a plus but not required.
