As the selected representative you will assist with managing MARS projects to ensure production schedules are met system resources are utilized effectively and proper relationships are established within the intelligence community and their supported customers.Responsibilities:- Support MARS capability development modernization innovation and user adoption.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan (roadmap) that identifies the tasks defines project staff roles/responsibilities and provides a timeline for task completion.
- Coordinate with and streamline communications between all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of MARS Agile Software development and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:- BS/BA degree in a related field (preferred) and 10 years experience in Program/Project Operations
- US Citizen with current Top-Secret clearance - with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI) and the ability to obtain and maintain a DIA Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- Experience supervising intelligence analyses projects.
- Experience utilizing the DIAs Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB) and familiarization with MARS.
Desired Qualifications:- 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- PMP CAPM or equivalent
- Active CI Poly
