Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with 24 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Kotlin/Java experience with Android SDK and a good understanding of modern mobile app architecture and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Work with external data sources and APIs (RESTful/GraphQL).
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Maintain code quality and follow best practices including version control (Git).
- Participate in code reviews testing and deployment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 24 years of Android development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java.
- Good understanding of Android SDK Android Jetpack components and Material Design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs JSON and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with MVVM/MVP architectures and dependency injection frameworks (e.g. Hilt Dagger).
- Basic understanding of Unit Testing and UI Testing (JUnit Espresso).
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
Good to Have:
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of Firebase Google Play Console and app release process.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
