Objective:

Lead the technical execution of large-scale mining projects. This position will be responsible for establishing the engineering framework coordinating disciplines ensuring technical integrity and leading the engineering team to meet deadlines cost targets and safety and sustainability requirements. The ideal professional will combine leadership skills strategic vision and deep technical knowledge managing multidisciplinary teams in challenging environments with high visibility to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and oversee the engineering execution strategy for assigned projects.
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams (over 100 people).
Ensure compliance with quality standards legal regulations and client requirements.
Coordinate with clients contractors suppliers and internal teams.
Actively participate in project planning change management cost control and risk mitigation.
Supervise the generation of key technical deliverables and review their quality.
Provide technical support to procurement construction and commissioning processes.
Promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout all project stages.
Act as a technical reference and mentor for engineering teams.

Requirements:

20 years of overall experience with at least 10 years in project delivery for EPCM/EPC mining projects (minimum project size: $500 million).
Education: Degree in Engineering.
Languages: Advanced English (mandatory).

Work Location:Buenos Aires after Site Salta Roster.
