Job Description Summary

Lead the day-to-day transaction management for a high-profile portfolio of properties across North America for a corporate client. Partner closely with client to implement strategic vision and goals. Take charge of reporting metrics budgeting revenue and profit tracking. Keep senior leadership updated on profitability and performance.

Job Description

Portfolio & Client Management:

  • Align portfolio plans with client real estate objectives.
  • Optimize portfolio according to client workplace strategies.
  • Manage real estate professionals to effectively negotiate lease sale sublease and/or purchase terms.
  • Ensure consistency between C&W service areas and client real estate functions.
  • Expand account services and engage in business development fostering senior-level relationships.
  • Oversee documentation flow and client communications.
  • Partner with senior operational groups to identify real estate needs and opportunities.

Transaction Management:

  • Lead transaction teams and service delivery across North and South America.
  • Execute complex high-value transactions.
  • Communicate project parameters based on client needs.
  • Manage key stakeholders transaction negotiations and legal document review.
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with state real estate standards.
  • Oversee budgeting and revenue tracking.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and provide strategic real estate advice.
  • Identify and implement occupancy cost-saving and expansion/contraction strategies.
  • Support business case development and strategic plan execution.
  • Collaborate with functional partners for financial analyses and business case development.
  • Draft decision documents based on business justifications.
  • Liaise with counsel for lease document preparation.
  • Conduct transition review meetings post-lease execution.

Additional Duties:

  • Participate in ad hoc portfolio and transaction-related exercises.
  • Organize market updates and best practice presentations as part of a global team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree required Masters preferred.
  • Minimum seven years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
  • Proficiency in managing high-level complex transactions and contract compliance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

The compensation for the position is: $ 148750.00 - $175000.00
