Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Systems Engineer role.
- Experience with modern Windows Server environment (and 2022) IIS Active Directory administration DNS email platforms storage solutions server administration and support.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite administration including SharePoint Teams Exchange Online and related services. Skilled in implementing configuring maintaining solutions to ensure security compliance and optimal performance.
- Solid experience in Change Management Software Version Control and Problem Management.
- Experience with data processing utilities shell scripting batch processing security log audits creation and deployment of server and workstation images.

- Experience in system/application tuning and performance optimization and working with cloud vendor.
- Ability to function as a member of a team; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and the ability to perform multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to analyze test results isolate problems engineer solutions and resolve issues.
- Experience with technical consultation outlining requirements on projects and problem analysis and recovery.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with customers users and management regarding ongoing project status including time frames problems plan changes and solutions. Windows Server skills.
- Working knowledge of network functionality to configure and deploy infrastructure components and knowledge of IT security concepts and practices is essential.
- Ability to develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell Power Automate or similar) to automate system administration tasks such as deployments patching configuration and monitoring.
- Must be extremely well organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Include: - Implement maintain monitor and administer infrastructure and line-of-business systems to ensure availability capacity and optimal performance.
- Oversee change and configuration management activities including analyzing engineering change data coordinating with stakeholders for compliance participating in Change Control meetings and maintaining the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC).
- Maintain user account management and Single Sign-On with a focus on supporting a SAS environment and administering Microsoft 365 services integrated with Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Implement new solutions and maintain existing ones across the Microsoft 365 suite (including SharePoint Teams Exchange Online and related services) to support collaboration and productivity.
- Responsible for observing all laws regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Use Proven principles of security and network design to ensure solutions that align with company policy.
- Provide Tier III support by handling complex issues escalated from Service Desk ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis for critical incidents. Participate in an on-call rotation to support production and non-production environments as needed.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Oversee software deployments patching monitoring backup/recovery and security compliance.
- Address vulnerabilities and implement system upgrades to maintain performance.
- Analyze results of environmental monitoring and recommend changes to improve performance (tuning). Propose maintain and enforce server policies practices and security procedures.
