Application Product Manager-Banking

In this role you have the opportunity to drive impactful innovation by transforming customer and market needs into solutions that deliver measurable results empower our clients and create lasting value for the communities we serve.
You are responsible for: (not limited to)
Managing product enhancement requests and ideas ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy. Timely declining requests do not fit the strategy.
Crafting detailed features and user stories that document the market problems along with thoughtful ways to address them empowering developers to create effective solutions.
Overseeing and refining product backlogs ensuring priorities are current. Collaborating with development (SEG) to provide context and details for effective squad delivery.
Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate user stories.
Creating and managing product roadmaps to align with the product strategy working with Product Line Leaders to review and validate changes. Monitoring and communicating throughout product initiative delivery.
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your products and features providing market and solution information to support channel opportunities customer support deep dive demos and issue resolution.
Coordinating responses for Business Continuity and Risk Management (BCRD) for your products and partner solutions.

To succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experience
Experience with the core banking system Meridian preferred.
Demonstrated aptitude for researching problems and regulatory requirements/changes and following through with appropriate solution design.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with development quality assurance clients and operational and support teams.
Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions to optimize workflows and user experience.
Customer-centric mindset ensuring products and enhancements meet real needs and deliver value.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and oversee product development projects that inform teams provide clear expectations and deliver value to customers.
Familiarity with banking terms and how core banking software is used by bank employees.
Back-office banking expertise in Deposits or Loans-preferred
