As the Senior Scrum Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving Agile delivery and fostering team collaboration. This role supports our mission by enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. The Senior Scrum Lead will deepen their Agile expertise and lead cross-functional teams to success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
- Educate the squads on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
- Actively participates in sprints and partners with Product Owners to enable the delivery of prioritized features/tasks.
- Collaborates with software engineers platform engineers Product Owners and engineering leadership to uncover pain points and opportunities to accelerate a successful value delivery.
- Support cross-team coordination and alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and remove impediments and blockers via direct ownership which prevent the teams from delivering their commitments and to keep delivery on track.
- Proactively provides real-time feedback to keep delivery on track and address issues as they arise.
- Amendable to working in QC (hybrid setup) and on a mid-shift schedule (or as required by the business)
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum leadership.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence and Agile metrics.
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong project management skills excellent communication negotiation and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence tools and platforms (e.g. Copilot Power Platform)
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
- Demonstrated impact on team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Commitment to continuous learning and Agile maturity.
