As they continue to grow they are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to join their leadership team.

Core Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end planning execution and successful delivery of complex software projects ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and developers to define project scope objectives and realistic timelines.
• Implement and maintain high-quality scalable codebases using Typescript and React adhering to all software development best practices.
• Utilize modern project management tools such as Linear to effectively track progress manage development tasks and facilitate team-wide collaboration.
• Lead by example by conducting thorough code reviews mentoring junior developers and driving the continuous improvement of the teams development processes.
• Research and champion new technology trends and best practices to continuously enhance the teams capabilities.
• Work primarily in a remote setting with the requirement to visit the Makati office once a month for team meetings project kick-offs and other collaborative activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven multi-year experience as a Lead Software Engineer Tech Lead or a similar senior role with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered software projects.
• Strong project management skills and hands-on experience using modern PM tools like Linear (or similar e.g. Jira).
• Expert-level proficiency in Typescript and React with a solid grasp of modern software architecture and design principles.
• Superior problem-solving abilities and a highly results-driven approach to software engineering.
• Demonstrable leadership skills with a talent for motivating mentoring and guiding a development team toward achieving its objectives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for thriving in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma.
• Experience with Python adding versatility to your technical skill set for projects requiring a broader range of technologies.
