We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Mini Bar Attendant to join our magnificent speakeasy bar Luggage Room at our luxury hotel. POSITION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for overseeing the hotels minibar operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures including preparing supplies and tools cleaning equipment and work areas and securing storage areas. It involves maintaining the in-room refreshment centres by conducting inventory checks replenishing items and ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are always met. Highlighting faulty or defective units so that prompt repairs and replacements can be carried out and the guest experience remains at the forefront of the operation is also of utmost importance.
