Due to continued growth HHG Legal Group is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our Commercial Litigation team in our busy Perth CBD office.

Together with another experienced Legal Assistant youll take ownership of supporting a dynamic team of eight litigators ensuring deadlines clients and court commitments are seamlessly managed.

About the Role

In this role you will provide high-level legal and administrative support to a team of 45 busy litigators. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless operations within a fast-paced and dynamic legal team.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and prioritizing workflows for multiple fee earners in the Commercial Litigation team
Drafting editing and preparing legal documents correspondence and court materials
Liaising with clients barristers and external stakeholders
Managing diaries scheduling and file administration
Supporting the coordination of court deadlines and client deliverables
Assisting with billing matter management and document collation for hearings and mediations

About You

To succeed in this role youll bring:

Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Senior Legal Assistant within a Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution team (essential)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and client service standards
A proactive solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
A career commitment to the Legal Assistant pathway this role is not suitable for law students or graduates seeking to transition to a lawyer role
