Automotive Salesperson
Were seeking a motivated Automotive Salesperson to guide customers through the vehicle buying process from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role focuses on understanding customer needs showcasing vehicles conducting test drives and supporting sales paperwork while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally in-person online and by phone
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives highlighting vehicle features and performance
- Present pricing financing warranties and promotions clearly
- Coordinate with the finance team to finalize sales paperwork
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory incentives and pricing
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Accurately enter customer and sales data into CRM and dealership software
- Represent the dealership professionally and ethically
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Valid drivers license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Customer-focused with strong sales ability
Work Environment
- Fast-paced indoor showroom and outdoor lot setting
- Frequent movement between showroom office and vehicle lot
- Exposure to varying weather during vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Professional business attire required
Physical Demands
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Sitting for paperwork and computer use
- Visual inspection of vehicles and printed/digital materials
- Bending reaching and occasional climbing in/out of vehicles
- Safe operation of vehicles for test drives
- Lifting materials up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Frequent verbal communication with customers and team members
- Valid drivers license required for dealership vehicle use
