Job Summary
As part of our Operations team your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing new individual client applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Managing updates and amendments to existing client accounts
- Performing quality assurance checks (4-eyes checks) on processed applications and amendments
- Providing operational support across other team functions when needed
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who is eager to contribute grow and make a difference. Ideally you have:
- A solid understanding of AML/ATF/KYC requirements and relevant EU regulations
- Knowledge of Luxembourgs data protection and banking privacy legislation
- Familiarity with financial or banking operations and related risks
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- The ability to analyze problems critically and suggest improvements
- Excellent organizational communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort working in an English-speaking environment; additional languages are a plus
- A flexible proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
