HR Coordinator

Bon Secours Hospital Tralee/ Bon Secours Hospital Cork is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality HR services across our hospital. Reporting to the Head of HR youll play a key role in recruitment onboarding employee data management and HR operationsensuring alignment with our mission values and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
Provide efficient administrative support across recruitment HR records correspondence and meetings.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage interview scheduling candidate documentation Garda Vetting and onboarding support.
HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files administer leave requests and ensure GDPR and policy compliance.
Employee Relations & Reporting: Support HR projects assist with employee relations cases compile HR metrics and contribute to SOP development.
Training & Systems Support: Coordinate training logistics drive engagement initiatives and assist with HR technology rollouts and process improvements.
