Job Summary
Handle purchasing of indirect materials services and equipment to support business operations.
Ensure purchases are cost-effective timely and high quality.
Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess or obsolete items.
Build strong supplier relationships negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
Work closely with other departments (Finance HR IT Facilities etc.) to meet procurement needs.
Qualifications :
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business Supply Chain or related field.
34 years of experience in indirect procurement (manufacturing or multinational is preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing supplier management and contract negotiation.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Proficient in ERP systems (AS400/SAP) and Excel.
