Whats the role
The Technical Support Analysts role is to manage and maintain delivery systems and provide operational support to Project Practitioners through a best practice support model. This includes developing and maintaining knowledge resources as well as providing responses to process queries through the Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Systems management: Complete system administration processes to maintain system performance health and user access including supporting vendor and partner engagement.
- Project Practitioner Support: Identify trends and opportunities to educate and enable self-serve Practitioner capability.
- Knowledge and Tools Management: Support integration of standards and methods developed outside of the GTO.
What do I need
Essential:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail and sound decision-making working effectively both independently and in a team.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including functions such as VLOOKUP pivot tables and complex formulas with proven experience in data management and analysis.
- Engineering or Computer Science background capable of supporting environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
Desirable:
- Clarity
- Planview
- SharePoint configuration (Including Power Apps and Workflow)
- Confluence
- JIRA
- SQL or NSQL HTML XML and JSON are all advantageous
