Job Summary
- Act as first line business application technical support for business utilizing Epicor.
- Provide guidance and coordination to third party contractors/consultants engaged to support business systems.
- Act as primary resource for applying automating and creating enhancements to business applications.
- Manage and implemented business application security for business utilizing Epicor.
- First point of contact for corporate IT infrastructure team and Internal Audit for business applications.
- Develop and maintain management reports based on business application data.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field) or qualified/equivalent experience.
- 5 plus years of relative experience.
- Proven experience in successful Project Management.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
