DescriptionYRCI is seeking a full-time Transition Lead Specialist to support an opportunity with the Department of Commerce (DOC). The well qualified candidate shall:
- Partnerwith the Program Manager (PM) and Deputy PMwith the planning approach and coordination of the service implementation through go-live.
- Possessextensive knowledge of what is required to perform a Human Resources (HR) Payroll Processing and Benefits (PP&B) services transition across operations and technology preferably in both the commercial and federal environments.
- Workclosely with other DOC private and public partners to deliver integrated service to customers.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
- 8 years Shared Services Design or Implementation experience.
- Bachelors degree.
- Manage identify escalate and mitigate risks and issues to the program.
- Work across customer stakeholders in support of services transition
- Continuous consideration for our customer bureaus.
