Qualifications :

Outstanding local market knowledge contacts and experience in the scene.

Good communication skills ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.

Negotiation and Objection Handling skills. Has a basic understanding of commercial math.

Must be proficient in EDV (Word Excel Power Point etc.).

Well connected to key figures within the bar and nightclub scene either through previous work experience or personal connections

Solid understanding of the local On-Premise industry

Strong administrative skills and highly organized

Demonstrable literacy and numerical skills

Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen

Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
