DescriptionThe Role
This role is in the Middle Office (MO) team. The Assistant Manager in the Placement Team will primarily be required to support Section Team Lead in placement activities. This role will also be required to support in implementing and monitoring operational initiatives focus on delivery of placement work and partner closely with Front Office (FO) insurers and the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) based in Manila (also referred to as the Back Office (BO)) to ensure the smooth delivery of placement activities in Singapore.

QualificationsThe Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Health & Benefits broking or insurers role
- Holds BCP ComGI PGI HI M5 M9 certifications
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Technical proficiency in Singapores employee insurance benefits
- Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel PowerPoint and Word) and the ability to leverage on these applications to develop reports and presentation as required
- Well organized and detail-oriented to numbers
