Job Summary

We are looking for Trainers to reinforce our Consulting team with a passion for learning innovation and digital this strategic role you will ensure the design execution and continuous improvement of digital upskilling programs that empower individuals and teams with future-ready skills. You will combine pedagogical insight and change enablement practices to ensure learning initiatives drive real organizational impact.

Tasks:

Plan prepare and deliver training in Digital Competences
Adapt training content to different participant profiles (basic intermediate and advanced).
Create and update teaching materials such as presentations manuals and hands-on exercises.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of the learners ensuring effective learning.
Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants clarifying doubts and promoting good practices in the use of technology.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a trainer preferably in Microsoft 365
Certification as a trainer (CCP Certificate of Pedagogical Skills) - mandatory
Mastery of the main Microsoft 365 tools
Ability to adapt to different audiences and teaching methodologies
Communication collaboration and growth mindset
Excellent communication and didactics
Experience in the creation of pedagogical content
Valued experience in online training (Teams)
