Job Summary
- Lead the pre-opening project overseeing all phases of pre-opening planning and execution.
- Build inspire and lead a dynamic leadership team that delivers world-class guest experiences.
- Partner with Accor stakeholders and ownership groups to align strategic financial and operational objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative commercial and guest engagement strategies to drive performance and loyalty.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand quality safety and service excellence.
- Build strong connections with the Hamilton business community and regional partners to position Pullman as the premium choice for events dining and stays.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a General Manager within midscale premium or luxury brands.
- Strong track record in pre-opening or major project leadership within hospitality.
- Strategic and commercially astute with deep understanding of hotel operations MICE and Food & Beverage performance.
- Exceptional people leadership - empowering teams through vision communication and authenticity.
- Confident in representing the brand with owners media and the local community.
- A passion for innovation service excellence and guest experience that inspires those around you.
