Job Summary

  • Lead the pre-opening project overseeing all phases of pre-opening planning and execution.
  • Build inspire and lead a dynamic leadership team that delivers world-class guest experiences.
  • Partner with Accor stakeholders and ownership groups to align strategic financial and operational objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative commercial and guest engagement strategies to drive performance and loyalty.
  • Maintain the highest standards of brand quality safety and service excellence.
  • Build strong connections with the Hamilton business community and regional partners to position Pullman as the premium choice for events dining and stays.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a General Manager within midscale premium or luxury brands.
  • Strong track record in pre-opening or major project leadership within hospitality.
  • Strategic and commercially astute with deep understanding of hotel operations MICE and Food & Beverage performance.
  • Exceptional people leadership - empowering teams through vision communication and authenticity.
  • Confident in representing the brand with owners media and the local community.
  • A passion for innovation service excellence and guest experience that inspires those around you.
  • Full working rights in New Zealand.
