Job Summary
- Plan and schedule batching extrusion and premix preparation according to approved formulations and production plans.
- Monitor daily sales stock balances and adjust production quantities when necessary.
- Coordinate with the packing department for proper bin allocation and packing schedules based on FIFO.
- Plan and monitor pallet mill operations to optimize allocated power supply.
- Ensure raw material intake and grinding processes comply with formulation and production schedules.
- Verify formula sheets and ensure correct formulations are used.
- Identify and implement measures within SOP to overcome breakdowns and maintain production continuity.
- Record and monitor all production data accurately for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure finished products are transferred to designated bins and packing operations are well arranged.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as calibration to ensure equipment reliability.
- Maintain good housekeeping and comply with all health safety and environmental policies.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and efficiency
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree Engineering Manufacturing/ Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical or equivalent.
- Min 1 years working experience as Production Engineer(Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
- This position is based in Pasir Gudang.
