Our client company with its headquarters in Japan is set to establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang Malaysia. This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the companys global business.

Job Description

Responsible for CNC machining program development for precision components.
Design and optimize CNC programs for new product introduction (NPI).
Set up debug and optimize CNC machines including 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers.
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to achieve high-precision machining requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve machining efficiency and quality.
Support process optimization cycle time reduction and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and production standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
Hands-on experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machine setup and programming.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
Proficient in CNC programming operation and fine machining processes.
Skilled in engraving (Jingdiao) systems and 3D software; experience with Jingdiao software is an advantage.
Ability to independently complete CNC programming and machine setup.
Experience in machining hard and brittle materials is a strong advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility good learning attitude and teamwork mindset.
Able to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.

Salary Range: RM 7000 - 10000
