- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent support to clients handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales operations technical) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Responsible for receiving the test orders preparing login in test order assigning the test numbers taking photos of the submitted samples
- Responsible for handling general inquiries of submission for testing.
- Responsible for contraction submitter or vendor to provide additional information or submit additional sample for testing.
- Report to supervisor or Managing Director for complaint receipt
- Prepare daily sample in/ report out record and monthly clients number of sample/ revenue report for manager review.
- To acquire a good understanding of the Quality System and responsible for implementing maintaining and continually improving the system to achieve the companys quality objectives.
- Following up customer inquiries and report to supervisor.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications :
- Relevant prior experiences as a Customer Service in any company.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communication or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in customer service or client support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Require experience letter from previous company.
- Priority in Chinese language is an added advantage
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
