Job Summary
- Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery equipment and engineering facilities of Novotel Goa Panjim and also ensure that there is no breakdown of the engineering systems.
- At regular intervals inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering systems and ensure that all standards are maintained.
- Monitor and record utility consumption and assist the Chief Engineer to maintain efficiency.
- Assist the Chief Engineer to direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Engineering Department.
- Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by Novotel Goa Pune in order to achieve the highest levels of guest service.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 01 - 02 years of Experience in same designation
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of engineering standards and regulatory requirements
