Job Summary

Job Description:

Project Leadership & Delivery

Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery service transition and post-implementation benefits tracking meeting SQCD targets.

Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies

Define scope WBS and realistic schedules; manage multi-release plans and dependencies across teams and suppliers.

Own budget planning and control (CapEx/OpEx) forecasts variances and earned value; drive scenario planning and cost optimization.

Stakeholder Management

Align stakeholders across Engineering Manufacturing Quality Procurement Finance Customer Services and Cybersecurity. Facilitate decision-making in a multi-cultural multi-site context.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units

Conduct regular project reviews and executive reporting

Team Leadership

Lead cross-functional project teams of 15 members from different functional departments (e.g.: developers analysts and specialists)

Mentor junior project managers and team members

Foster collaborative work environment and drive team performance

Coordinate with global teams across different time zones and cultures

Risk compliance and security

Proactively manage risks assumptions issues and dependencies (RAID) including supply chain and cybersecurity risks. Ensure compliance with Export Control/ITAR EHS and Airbus IM standards.
Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery requirements and ensure Security-by-Design and privacy-by-design practices.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Companys success reputation and sustainable growth.
