Job Summary
We are launching a brand new Drive Thru GYG at Bateau Bay early next year and we are on the hunt for some amazing Shift Managers!!
At Guzman y Gomez we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As a Shift Manager at GYG you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences. Your role will see you leading coaching and motivating the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards ensuring every guest receives the best. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.

- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
