What Youll Do as a Customer Solutions Engineer:

Identify and analyze root causes of quality issues internally and within customer applications.
Develop and implement effective solutions from process improvements to product design modifications.
Collect analyze and interpret quality data to identify performance trends.
Design and execute quality control systems to ensure consistent product standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Manufacturing Operations and Customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain key documentation such as quality plans reports and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality management systems (IATF 16949).
Lead or support customer visits audits and on-site troubleshootingtraveling to customer locations as needed (approx. 50%).
Continuously seek opportunities for process and product improvement.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
5 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering or quality-focused role
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and product applications
Proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Excellent communication skills for working with customers and cross-functional teams
Highly organized adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Minitab and statistical analysis tools
Automotive or EV industry background
Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards
