We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Human Resources Manager who is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture ensuring compliance and providing exceptional support to this key role you will lead HR operations for our Treasure Coast care center overseeing onboarding payroll benefits compliance and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring not only strong HR expertise but also a passion for building trust promoting collaboration and supporting our mission of compassionate care.
Our Human Resources Managers enjoy some notable benefits:
- Salary $80000 $90000 annually based on experience.
- Consistent Hours Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

As a Human Resources Manager heres a big picture view of what youll do:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Treasure Coast care center partnering with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruiting support onboarding payroll benefits administration and offboarding.
- Host orientations at both Treasure Coast offices West Palm Beach and Port .
- Manage HRIS functions ensuring accurate employee records and timely reporting.
- Support compliance tracking for licenses certifications and required trainings.
- Provide guidance on employee relations performance management and policy interpretation.
- Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives recognition programs and effective communication.
A few must-haves for a Human Resources Manager:
- Four (4) year college degree in human resources or closely related field.
- Five (5) years of progressive human resources experience preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Ability to commute to either office location as needed.
- Proficiency in payroll andHRIS systems (ADP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
