Job Summary

Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Erie PA 16501
Employment Type: Part-time

Overview: Provide in-home speech therapy services as a Speech Language Pathologist in Erie PA and surrounding areas. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care collaborating with the care team and supporting patients communication and swallowing needs while enjoying a flexible schedule and team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans
Support patients in Erie PA and surrounding areas
Travel to patient homes (20% of daily time spent driving)
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
One weekend per month
Two holidays per year
Local travel required

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated hourly rate of $50.00
Flexible work hours

Qualifications:

Masters degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
Active SLP license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of one year of healthcare experience
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Practice Partner EMR or EHR implementation preferred
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
Ability and willingness to travel locally as required
