Are you ready to lead a team that delivers exceptional service across the country
As the Supervisor of Service Operations youll guide a nationwide group of skilled technicians who support Marvins window and door products. Youll focus on operational excellence customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. This role blends leadership strategy and hands-on support to ensure safe efficient and high-quality service delivery. If youre passionate about mentoring teams and driving results this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Highlights of your role
- Lead a national team of service technicians focusing on performance safety and customer satisfaction
- Conduct performance reviews using service metrics and technician feedback to support development
- Oversee service vehicle fleet operations and drive cost-saving initiatives through efficient scheduling
- Champion continuous improvement projects and promote 5-S principles across the team
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- An associate degree or equivalent technical education
- Several years of experience in customer service and the building industry
- Strong leadership skills and completion of supervisory training (e.g. Situational Leadership Coaching & Feedback)
Also want to make sure you have
- Deep understanding of window and door installation practices
- Proficiency in Siebel and other Marvin systems
- Experience mentoring teams and setting departmental KPIs
