Job Summary and Responsibilities
Are you a Certified Medical Assistant ready to make a significant impact in a highly innovative healthcare environment Virginia Mason invites you to join our exceptional team where your expertise will be crucial to delivering outstanding patient care and operational excellence.
In this dynamic role you will:
- Deliver Essential Clinical Support:Perform a wide range of patient care procedures within your MA scope of practice including injections EKGs ear lavage and phlebotomy. You will meticulously record patient vital signs (weight height blood pressure pulse respirations and temperature).
- Master Patient Journey Management:Guide patients through their clinic visit from seamless rooming and pre-visit preparations to assisting providers during appointments and completing post-visit duties. Youll be key in maintaining efficient patient flow by communicating schedule adjustments to the care team.
- Contribute to Optimized Operations:Provide valuable support for front office activities manage diverse scheduling tasks and accurately report test results under provider direction.

Job Requirements
What we requre:
Graduation from an accredited medical Assisting program With Washington State Department of Health medical Assistant - Certified (CM)
Knowledge of third party payer requirements required.
Strong aptitude for detail and ability to work independently required.
Strong organizational problem solving communication and interpersonal skills required. skill in using a PC required.
One year Medical Assistant Certified experience preferred.
