Job Summary

Digital Sales Manager:

Primary Function:
The Digital Sales Manager (DSM) leads the strategy and execution of digital sales initiatives with a strong focus on managing and developing a high-performing Digital Solutions sales team. This role drives commercial outcomes by expanding adoption of Intuitive s digital offerings through strategic planning cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit lead and coach a Digital Solutions sales team to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that promote adoption and utilization of digital solutions.
  • Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs to ensure consistent performance and revenue growth.
  • Align field and corporate sales teams on market strategy and lead prioritization.
  • Partner with marketing product and operations to support go-to-market efforts and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead change management and training for new digital offerings.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product improvements and enhance user experience.
  • Oversee sales reporting territory planning and administrative compliance.

Qualifications :

Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to a major city in the Western U.S. with access to a major airport such as Los Angeles San Francisco Seattle Denver Phoenix or Salt Lake City 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2 years in sales leadership (managing salespeople is required).
  • Experience in healthcare technology medical devices or enterprise software preferred.
  • Proven success in strategic account management and cross-functional project leadership.
  • Strong communication organizational and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%; field selling and surgical area access required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with IDNs and strategic customer growth.
  • Familiarity with digital product adoption and customer success strategies.

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications.
