Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team in Makati City Philippines. This position is for the night shift.

You will join our team of talent acquisition members who provide administrative and recruiting support to our global Talent Acquisition (TA) colleagues in Australia North America and the UK. The TA Administrator plays a vital role in assisting the TA Team by providing administrative tasks that empower TA Partners and Sourcing Partners to focus on meaningful interactions with Hiring Managers Key stakeholders and candidates. By efficiently managing tasks and processes the TA Administrator contributes to an enhanced candidate experience and a more streamlined recruitment workflow.

Role accountabilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and perform tasks such as updating candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) interview scheduling pre-employment checks offer creation and generating necessary reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage triage monitor and respond to emails received into team mailboxes.
  • Take ownership of recruitment-related administrative tasks including managing queries from candidates and internal stakeholders and addressing interview scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to provide seamless support sharing insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency of recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation ensuring data integrity in recruitment systems tracker documents and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows contributing to the overall optimization of the recruitment function.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination administrative support or a related role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably experience with Oracle Recruit Cloud and EightFold
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with candidates internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work ensuring accuracy and consistency in tasks and data management.
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes terminology and best practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel Word and Outlook.
