Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. VBP项目执行与支持

根据区域VBP战略协助制定并执行具体项目方案确保落地效果
以VBP Playbook为指导跟进项目各环节执行质量推动持续优化
识别项目执行中的问题与风险提出改进建议提升中标率与效率

2.项目管理与跨部门协同

协助统筹区域内VBP项目协调销售市场产品工厂等相关团队资源
支持投标流程中的商务文件准备审核与优化确保符合各省要求
参与分销商沟通与管理推动项目顺利实施

3.政策支持与信息传递

跟踪并解读区域医疗器械采购相关政策及时向团队反馈关键变化
协助建立与区域政府部门卫健委公共资源交易中心等的沟通机制
与总部政府事务团队保持信息同步确保执行一致性

4.市场准入与经验沉淀

分析区域市场特征协助制定市场准入策略
整理并推广成功项目经验提升团队整体执行效率与能力

Qualifications

本科及以上学历公共事务市场医学管理等相关专业优先
3年以上医疗器械行业相关经验具备VBP市场准入或政府事务背景者优先
熟悉中国医疗器械采购政策及区域政府运作机制
具备良好的沟通能力执行力与跨部门协作能力
有超声影像或耗材产品线经验者优先考虑
