Build maintain and continuously enhance the FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE) to deliver high quality financial reporting analysis and process optimization support to business units. Drive a data driven decision making framework maximize cost efficiency and ensure controllable risk. By establishing a unified financial analysis framework enable the business to make decisions based on data and improve efficiency through processes. Serve as the expert hub within the corporate finance governance structure raising overall financial transparency and compliance.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Lead the production of regular financial reports (monthly quarterly annual) and provide deep variance analysis and business insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models forecasting tools and KPI dashboards to strengthen enterprisewide analytical capability and support businessunit decisionmaking.
- Build a CoEwide reporting platform: create a centralized report repository standardize report structures definitions and release cadence and deliver onestop reporting across business units.
- Data Governance & Automation Transformation
- Map and standardize the endtoend data flow (collection cleansing modeling analysis visualization feedback). Produce unified work instructions and templates to ensure clear responsibilities consistent execution and elimination of process drift caused by staff turnover.
- Implement report automation and digitization by introducing ETL RPA and BI tools to automatically extract transform and load multisource data reducing manual entry errors. Leverage PowerBI FineReport or similar visualization platforms to generate dynamic dashboards and standardized reports with oneclick refresh and realtime sharing.
- Process Optimization & Knowledge Capture
- Conduct regular postclose reviews to identify bottlenecks and redundant steps. Apply lean principles (eliminate waste simplify processes) and lead the design and implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Team Building & Talent Development
- Oversee recruitment training and performance management of the CoE team cultivating a group of finance experts with deep technical expertise and strong business acumen.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience in the Finance & FP&A Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Masters degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables PowerPivot) proficiency with ERP reporting modules (OracleEPM/ODP/Hyperion) strong knowledge of PowerBI; SQL or Python datacleaning abilities a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills both English and Chinese.
