Job Summary
- Bonus based on performance

- Answer inbound calls/month from interested families
- Connect with leads via phone text or email to walk them through our program
- Recommend class placement based on childs age and comfort level
- Highlight our safety-first year-round indoor swimming program
- Register new students
- Maintain accurate records of conversations follow-ups and enrollments
- Build trust with families making them feel excited and confident to start
- You love swimming and water safety maybe youre a former swim parent lifeguard or just someone who gets the value of this work
- Youre friendly patient and great at listening
- Youre naturally persuasive not pushy and can match parents to the right program
- Youre dependable and comfortable working solo with light supervision
- Youre tech-comfortable: can navigate call logs CRM tools or scheduling software
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
- Experience in swim schools education childcare or customer service
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Have a responsible and professional demeanor.
- 1 years of customer service experience.

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team even if youre not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the these roles you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the Survival of the Littlest.
