Job Summary

Job Description

Were looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who will provide a true and fair view of the companys results and position through financial statements and other reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Payable cycle
Accounting of the supplier invoices for various countries.
Perform accruals and prepaid bookings.
Prepare payment proposal list.
Booking direct debit transactions into respective ledgers.
Booking intercompany invoices and payments.
Performs monthly reconciliation of all accounts under responsibility.
Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations.
Collaborate across departments to streamline accounting procedures.
May assist in analysis and interpretation of accounting records for use by management.
Submits any required reports on business financial operations to the management of the company.
Controlling
Collaborate across departments to streamline accounting procedures and make sure all external and internal audit requirements are met.
Communicate in a professional way with all partners both within and outside the Stefanini organization.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Proficiency in Excel accounting ERPs and financial systems.
Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.
Solid understanding of accounting principles (knowledge of US GAAP is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure manage deadlines and adapt to change.
High integrity and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
International accounting experience would be a plus.
Experience in a shared service or multinational environment is a plus.
