Your Tasks
The incumbent would be responsible for building and developing business relationships with Medical Professionals / Pharmacies to understand and address doctor and patient needs to impart knowledge (detailing) to Medical Professionals to generate recommendations for Eucerin.
Key Responsibilities:
Detailing & Medical Practice Engagement ( 80%):
Deliver product education to dermatologists via informative dialogue highlighting Eucerins monotherapy and adjunct therapy applications.
Maintain deep product- and disease-state knowledge to build doctor confidence in recommendations.
Distribute point-of-sale (POS) materials samples and other marketing collateral.
Negotiate retail placement of Eucerin in doctors offices; set up branded display cabinets and facilitate orderingprocesses
Drive visibility awareness and sales of the Eucerin brand within medical practices.
Pharmacy & Front-Shop Training ( 20%):
Provide ongoing training to pharmacy front-shop staff pharmacists and beauty advisors to generate Eucerinrecommendations.
Conduct group training sessions as scheduled by the head office.
Events Congresses & CME Activities:
Represent the company at relevant medical congresses.
Organise regional events and continuing medical education (CME) initiatives to strengthen relationships with healthcareproviders and promote brand advocacy.
Planning & Territory Management:
Plan and execute call-and-route activities across the assigned territory for optimal time and cost efficiency.
Maintain and update a database of targeted clients including newly opened dermatology clinics.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in the annual Team Voice audit conducted by BDF.
Respond to customer (doctor) queries both internal and external related to assigned accounts.
Attend internal meetings and collaborate with other BDF functions as needed.
Update and analyse the doctors database regularly.
Where relevant introduce Product Information (PI) documents to customers to facilitate timely and accepted pricing.
Ensure electronic or paper filing of all account-related information on the BDF shared drive; maintain files in an up-todate condition.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
A tertiary qualification in Life Sciences Sales Marketing or Business
Skills and experience required:
Strong sales experience (8-14)in the pharmaceutical industrypreferably in dermatology/cosmetology
Experience in handling teams and regions
Experience of direct selling to pharmacies in the territory as well as established relationships is a must
Strong sales performance track record
Proficiency in Business English (written & spoken)
Generic portfolio direct sales experience will be advantageous Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Excellent planning organizational and problem-solving skills
