Main mission :

• Monitor security situation update the country risk rating and keep up to date the country security pages in link with the regions security teams
• Manage the Intranet Security page and share point
• Ensure the follow up of Alstom travelers and the compliance with the Group travel security charge of travel Security matters at central level he/she is responsible for managing the Travel tracker tool and the relations with Alstoms provider in this field
• Be the security point of contact to the travel manager and international mobility teams
• Manage and keep up to date the security recommended hotels list in coordination with procurement teams
• Contribute to editing security warnings addressed to the management team or to the whole companys employees
• Participate in writing security policies and procedures
• Manage the Security Management of Incident tool (MOI) ensure data consistency follow the reporting action plans status and edit KPIs
• Together with the communication department define and follow-up the security communication road map
• Depending on the topics be able to deal with several internal department (Communication sourcing IT) and with some private or public external structures as well (private security company Ministry of Foreign Affairs or interior CDSE).
• On demand draft notes on specific security or strategic issues synthesizing information from different sources.

Skills / competencies :

• Ability to write and synthesizing in both French and English
• Curiosity for geopolitical affairs international relations and security related matters
• Good knowledge of international security environment and security issues
• Well organized with ability to work with tight deadlines
• Analytical mind with capacity to synthetize and deliver clear presentations
• Sense of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to manage projects with several stakeholders
• Autonomy
• Problem solving skills and good interpersonal and communication skills.

Profile :

• Master degree in international affairs geopolitics business or security related affairs
