ðŸŠ Mission Analysis: The Business Analyst CRM Dynamics will have the primary mission of ensuring needs analysis functional design project management and validation of solutions developed on the Dynamics CRM platform. They will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure the effective implementation of CRM projects that meet the companys strategic objectives.

âšï Main Activities:

Needs Analysis:
- Gather and analyze the needs of business users
- Write specifications and user stories in collaboration with the teams involved
- Prioritize requests according to strategic objectives
Functional Design:
- Define and model business processes in Dynamics CRM
- Write functional and technical specifications for development teams
- Participate in the design of prototypes to validate solutions with stakeholders
Project Management:
- Coordinate technical and business teams to ensure effective project implementation
- Participate in project monitoring and steering committees
- Ensure communication and management of stakeholder expectations
Validation and Support:
- Organize and carry out testing phases (UAT regression etc.)
- Support users during deployment and training phases
- Provide functional support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the CRM
