- 3 years of leadership experience
- 10 years experience in client or customer management including understanding and synthesizing needs identifying solutions and facilitating debriefs
- Expert consultative selling skills
- Experience working closely with client-facing teams
- Strong communication skills including deep listening written and verbal communication and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings of 5-50 internal and external partners
- Highly collaborative and success in building strong relationships across an organization
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in client services management consulting or similar advisory roles with enterprise technology companies
- Proven ability to architect executive briefings or strategic customer meetings that achieve specific business objectives
- Experience building or managing a speaker bureau or equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding of sales cycles and customer priorities
