The Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in a training or managerial role.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering sales training programmes.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and customer relationship management is highly desirable.
- Proficient in designing and implementing effective sales training programs aligned with organizational strategies ensuring teams are equipped to achieve performance targets.
- Skilled in delivering engaging tailored training sessions that simplify complex sales concepts enhance understanding and promote long-term knowledge retention.
- Experienced in collaborating with marketing product and other teams to ensure training supports broader business goals while inspiring and developing sales teams to reach their full potential.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and customer behavior with the ability to analyze performance data and adapt training strategies to evolving market needs and client relationship management.
