What should you bring along
| - Should be able to generate new concepts/master sections Should have hands on experience in complete system e.g. Door closuresExcellent communication and collaboration skills to build trust quickly across engineering functions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity make sound technical decisions and drive tasks to completion.
- Proactive mindset for problem solving and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production-focused environment.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Must have technical skill | - Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive side door design experience at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
- Software proficiency Catia V5
- Basic Vehicle architecture (monocoque space frame cab-on-frame)
- Creation and understanding of master sections
- Joinery definitions and assembly sequence.
- Vehicle Manufacturing & Assembly Process
- Digital Mock Up (DMU)
- Creative Thinking
- technical knowledge
- Parametric design skills in Sheet metal design advanced knowledge on aluminum and steel material properties Automotive experience.
- Proven track record in developing parts ensuring compliance with automotive standards and manufacturability
